Ajay Brahmatmaj is a veteran film critic and author who reviews films in Hindi. He has previously been the film editor of Dainik Jagran and has also written for different newspapers and web portals. He now runs a YouTube channel called CineMahaul.

He has a keen interest in the history of Hindi cinema and has written books like Irrfan… Aur Kuchh Panne Kore Rah Gaye, Irrfan: Echoes of Presence, Cinema Bas Cinema, Cinema Ki Soch, Cinema Samkaleen Cinema etc. He edits and publishes a monthly emagzine, CineMahaul, frequently participates in webinars, seminars, and discussions on Hindi cinema.
